Responsible for the overall operation of the Warehouse including Receiving of materials, storage and inventory of materials.  Supply management and shipping of finished products. 



  • Stay updated on federal, state, and local legislation and requirements for warehousing, shipping, and material handling, and ensure that our warehouse complies.

  • Develop/drive compliance to the use of proper safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and best practices. 

  • Create and manage receiving, shipping, and warehousing processes and procedures, and audit staff compliance (FIFO, Inventory control).

  • Ensure compliance to the use of the department systems (Process Pro)

  • Conduct physical counts of materials, finished goods and reconcile with data to maintain accurate inventory levels.

  • Prepare an annual budget, plan out expenses, analyze any variances, and make necessary corrections to help company achieve financial objective

  • Schedule and control labor cost against plan.

  • Ability to develop, and train team against Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Drive continuous improvement within the department.

  • Ensure all GMPs, PPE, and departmental procedures and company policies are followed within the department.

  • Recruit, train, coach and motivate employees to meet job expectations and use of performance management process.

  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze various reports, noting trends and actionable items.

  • Prepare action plans for new and/or existing processes that maximize efficiencies while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

  • Back up to scheduling outbound shipments

  • Physical Requirements - Move objects of up to 40 lbs.; Position self to designated working area; Operate standard office equipment; Communicate effectively with fellow employees & clients; Assess daily tasks & achieve them in a timely manner


  • 5+ years in management role

  • Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse management and material handling.

  • Previous experience in using (ERP)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with multiple departments and customers.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of quality auditing and inspection methods.

  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills (excel, word, power point).

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
